WithoutMe offers a fully functional free plan so you can evaluate the product before paying anything. The free plan includes unlimited SOP creation, all templates, and PDF export — no credit card required, no time limit.
Because of this, we expect that most users will have a clear understanding of the Service before upgrading to Pro. That said, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at support@withoutme.app with your account email address. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account management page. No refund is needed to cancel — you simply won't be charged again.
Your SOPs are never deleted when you cancel or receive a refund. All SOPs remain accessible on the free plan. The only change is that team sharing and cloud sync features are deactivated. Any SOPs stored locally on your device remain untouched.
